Standard Order:

-Orders over € 300 (split payment in 2 installments)

- Orders over € 1000 (split payment in 4 installments)

Custom orders, handmade:

In orders, 50% for the confirmation of the order, and the rest can be paid as many times as the client wants. Always within a reasonable time (6 weeks) since the delivery time is about 4 weeks. Once the complete order has been paid, the shipment will be made.

If the customer fails to make the payments without contacting Rosa Galo Artesanía Infantil or delays any payment without being informed in advance, she will lose any right on the order and Rosa Galo Artesanía Infantil will not have to return the total amount delivered in any way.

If, after a few weeks, the client rejects your order, Galo Artesanía Infantil has the right to stipulate the amount to be returned to the customer, which is always lower than the amount already delivered.

If the customer fails to make the payments without contacting Rosa Galo Artesanía Infantil or delays any payment without being informed in advance, she will lose any right on the order and Rosa Galo Artesanía Infantil will not have to return the total amount delivered in any way. And if after weeks the customer dismisses your pink order, Galo Artesanía Infantil has the right to stipulate the amount to be returned to the customer, always being less than the amount already delivered.
